Head Office, South Castle Drive, Dunfermline
With good infrastructure links to road, rail and airport networks relocating to Carnegie Campus was a logical step for Scott Bennett Associates.
ORA were commissioned to design a bespoke 600sqm office built over two floors. It is constructed from conventional steel frame, insitu slab, light weight infill panels and composite metal roof. The building conveys a bold and contemporary look which is reinforced by the choice of materials:- facing brick, render, alu-clad windows and a low pitch metal panel roof. The contemporary look to the building is completed with a striking three storey entrance feature tower that welcomes staff and visitors alike.
